At some point, I am going to have to get into working out (very carefully) and getting fit (also with extreme care). These links are all about that.
Fitness Options bill themselves as the fitness equipment specialist. They sell the latest fitness equipment from over 30 different manufacturers. Fitness Options offers free delivery and tailored installation service.

Bluefin Fitness offers free shipping on a range of home fitness products and tutorials. They seem to carry everything from fitness devices for complete beginners like me up to full home gyms.
Sleep and beds
Sleep and the lack of it is part of my journey to better health. I know more than most how debilitating a lack of sleep can be. I have also learned how important a good bed is. This section is all about beds and getting good sleep.
Sleep Hubs is a new online-based company offering advice, diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders and common sleep issues. I’ve not used them myself but I am considering doing so when I have a handle on more pressing health issues. Anyway back to Sleep Hubs. Sleep Hubs offer online sleep assessments, sleep improvement courses, and treatment for common sleep disorders.
Intus Healthcare offers an in-home sleep test via their website sleeptest.co.uk. Their website says that their “[…] in-home sleep test provides a quick, convenient and affordable way to have sleep apnoea confirmed. All studies are independently analysed by experienced NHS-qualified sleep professionals, and use the WatchPAT recording device for unrivalled accuracy.”
