Another headache day but different

Today was the third day running of headaches. No involuntary sleep this time.

This time, I said blow it and watch some Netflix. I think maybe I just needed to chill for a bit.

Swelling : Slight
Stiffness : 2
Sleep today : 9hrs
Pain focus : Head
Pain Level : 3
Mood : Struggling to stay even
Hunger : Suppressed by headaches
Feeling : Drained
Did I eat healthily today? : Sort of. I did scoff some mint chock chip, though.
