Migraine and Involentery sleep

I wonder if the two are related – migraine and involuntary sleep episodes? At least the sleep has taken the edge of the headache.

It could be worse. This could include a full flair up.

I’ve gotten a bit of a reputation for falling asleep during game nights. I blame it on my body clock, a long day, an early start, or anything else. The truth is that sometimes my body tells me, “we’re going to sleep right now, we decided.” Apparently, I do not get a vote.

Fortunately, most of these snoozing episodes have happened when I was alone. Even so, it worries me sometimes.
