I have the lurgy

I have been stricken down with the lurgy. It is a bloody miserable throat and nose cold and I utterly hate it. A blocked nose is nasty.

However, compared to some of the other crap I suffer from, this is not the end of the world. It is, by comparison, utterly tedious and just something I will live through before becoming human again.

Unless I cough or sneeze. Then the pain in my neck and head is utter murder. Fortunately, as this is not a true attack of the god-awful back-neck-and-head-torture, it goes away after a short intensely painful period of non-specific time.

For the one or two people who ever read this, no I have not gotten on the scales lately.

Stiffness : 3
Sleep today : 7 hours
Pain focus : neck, head, throat, and nose
Pain Level : 1
Pain Level : 5
Mood : Trying to stay positive
Hunger : minimal
Feeling : snotty and uncomfortable
Did I eat healthily today? : I have a fever and no appetite.
