The first step in today’s “plan” was setting up ACF to make my reporting-in easier (more on that here). That has now all been done. Well, the “How is Matt?” widget has been done anyway.
Next steps included prompts for better emotional regulation and reflection.
While I was writting all this up, some stuff arrived. This are items to help me shrink my current process for (failing at) keeping on top of things to a smaller and cuter size (by two orders of magnitude). I made a holder for the blank green cards out of recycled card. Combine this with these happy looking clips, and that A6 clipboard.
During all that I went for coffee with dad and friends. Sat down wind from the smokers. That was a mistake.
Next up: Forms for reporting in data. Maybe an API too.
