Not such a good day today

Today started well. Then it slowly trickled downhill.

Every now and then I get a wave of pain where it feels like my skull wants to explode. It starts in the back of my neck and then progresses into the skull.

At least my caloric intake so far has been well under 2,000 so that is a win, I guess. Then again, when I feel like this I rarely want to eat. Then, when it is over, I want to eat everything.

I would say I am having a bad day but I know, if that were true, I’d be incapable of reporting in.
