Activity Report

This morning, I woke up feeling excellent. So, after a cup of tea, I went outside and touched grass.

At a really rough estimate, over the stops and starts, I probably walked about 2 to 2.5km. Not much, but a lot for me. It took ages, with many rest stops. However, I’m in the use it or lose it camp now, and I do not want to lose it.

In other news, there is now a new route (pending review) in Pokemon Go near where I live. I caught a bunch of Dynamax Pokemon and took a few gyms. All in all, a good morning’s workout.

There would have been a time when I could have run that route in 10 to 15 minutes. Not any more. Running is out of the question for now.

I hurt a little now, but I’m calling this a win, assuming it subsides.
