The weekend of the 3rd of August 2024 was a BAD. One of the worst episodes in a long time. I came close to experiencing the level of symptoms that took me to the hospital in an ambulance a few times.

Even after lots of pills and sleep, I felt fragile the rest of the day. And not great the next.
