The little victories

I took a short, slow walk today. The sun was shining and the streets were mostly empty. It was nice.

I am sure a normal person could have been there and back in minutes. I took longer than that. The thing is that I did the walk. I got the thing I needed and I got home again.

This was a small victory but a victory nevertheless.
